Our targeted workout program is created with your specific needs in mind, focused on strengthening your pelvic floor and entire core, so you can healthily transition into menopause!

As a physical therapist who specializes in core and pelvic floor disorders, I feel it's so important to find trainers and coaches who understand the needs of women in the gym to work closely with.
Sera has been my go-to trainer for years. She is constantly learning and striving to be the best for her clients. She is kind, passionate about women and fitness, and is so fun to be around. I trust her fully and refer my patients to her so they can work on fitness, knowing their coach is knowledgeable about their needs!
Sera was my stretching coach for a year before she also became my trainer. My workouts with her are challenging and constructed to work with my flexibility and medical issues by focusing mostly on my core and lower body.
Since training with Sera, I have noticed an increase in my stamina, strength, and flexibility. Now, I actually look forward to getting to the gym, as well as our workouts together!
Sera is a compassionate and knowledgeable trainer. She cares deeply about proper function in the exercises she teaches. She is always learning and increasing her knowledge and skills so that she can help women improve their mobility, decrease injury, and decrease pain. I appreciate that she is passionate about improving women’s health.
I have learned so much from Sera and am thankful for how the movements she has taught me have decreased my pain and improved my mobility. She is the best, and I highly recommend her programs to anyone looking to improve their mobility and strength.
As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Sera is the ideal trainer to work with in treating a patient as a team. She is great at creating plans that are based around patient goals as well incorporating weakness and issues found during their physical therapy session.
She is very knowledgeable and skilled not only in general training but also in her ability to cue and understand the core and pelvic floor in a way that is meaningful for clients.
Sera is a knowledgeable, encouraging and all-around awesome personal trainer. She will meet you right where you're at, and push you toward your fitness goals at the same time.
If you are worried about a personal trainer pushing you too hard, too fast or judging you on your current fitness level, you will not get either of those with Sera! She is very genuine about wanting to help you meet your fitness goals.
Sera is well informed on anatomy and how the body works together in its functions. I learn something new in each session with her, and it has helped me to focus my mind on the right muscles for each exercise and develop workouts for myself that target the areas I want to work on.
I look forward to my weekly early morning training sessions with Sera, even when I'm not completely "in the mood" for working out! Because of Sera, I'm stronger, more informed and mindful of my body, and more confident in my physical abilities.
I have been training with Sera for 10 months and have achieved – and am exceeding – my initial goals. My initial goals in coming back to the gym were to “get moving again” and to improve my breathing.
For the year prior, I had been struggling with long-term covid and couldn’t walk up the stairs in my own home without needing to sit down and rest or use my inhaler. Due to medications and lack of activity, I gained 20 pounds almost overnight, and I could feel the extra weight while just walking around.
When my doctor suggested the timing was right to re-engage in physical activity, I met with Sera and explained my situation. She listened patiently and thoughtfully considered my abilities before we started training. We began working together once a week, and I could see immediate results.
My breathing improved, and I started to lose weight. I lost 10 pounds within the first month. Once that happened, I was able to focus on my nutrition and lost another 10 pounds over the next few months. I have maintained that 20-pound weight loss.
After a few months of working with Sera, I had the confidence to do more. We started training together twice a week, and I was eventually able to add a third day of taking one of Sera’s classes. If I have limitations with a new exercise, Sera is able to provide an alternative to work for the same muscle group.
Sera is encouraging and pushes me in ways that motivate me without being pushy! I highly recommend personal training with her.
