Sera Caldwell's Fitness Certifications
Certified Core Rehab Specialist
Owner of WCF
Sera Caldwell is a mom of three who became passionate about personal training and women’s health after having her kids. Throughout pregnancies and her postpartum journeys, she encountered obstacles that her doctors or other healthcare providers did not prepare her for.
After embarking on a long journey of navigating pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and other issues common to pregnancy and postpartum, Sera became passionate about becoming a resource for other women looking to thrive and stay active through these transitions.
Sera is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who works exclusively with women in Flower Mound, Texas. She is certified as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Core Rehabilitation Specialist as well as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach.
She trains clients one on one as well as teaches group fitness classes. She is also certified in one on one Assisted Stretching and helps her clients to improve their mobility.
She also works in tandem with Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists with clients to coordinate care and ensure that they are progressing towards their fitness and rehabilitation goals.
"Sera has been my go-to trainer for years. She is constantly learning and striving to be the best for her clients. She is kind, passionate about women and fitness, and is so fun to be around. I trust her fully and refer my patients to her so they can work on fitness, knowing their coach is knowledgeable about their needs!" - Brooke Miller | Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
After working with women of all ages, she noticed that the majority of her clients are perimenopausal and menopausal women. These women encounter many of the same pelvic floor issues that are common in pregnancy and postpartum.
Hearing the stories from her clients, she was reminded of her own pregnancy and postpartum journey and how unprepared her body was for those events.
Recognizing how unprepared many of her clients are and were for the transition into menopause, she has set out to create a community and a program to help women develop the strength needed to stay active and transition well into menopause and beyond.
Menopause will occur for all women; however, there are very effective exercises that can be employed to help every woman build strength and confidence and thrive into this chapter of their life.
